Art by Tanisha Turner does not accept returns, refunds, or cancellations.
Exchanges
Art by Tanisha Turner has an exchange-only policy. This policy encourages our buyers to be selective and genuinely commit to owning a piece they love. Art is a personal purchase, and if you truly love the art, there's no need for a return.
Damaged orders
If your art is damaged upon arrival, contact Tanisha Turner via email. Items for exchange must be shipped back to Art by Tanisha Turner within 7 business days of receiving your order. Orders may only be exchanged because of damage upon arrival. Art may be exchanged for a similar piece of the buyer's choice from the Gallery. Buyers are responsible for the return shipping cost to Art by Tanisha Turner. Art by Tanisha Turner will cover the return shipping to the buyer. If your art was damaged purposefully, the buyer will be responsible for the loss in value and will be charged for a replacement.
